Eat Mighty is led by seasoned industry professionals Matt Farrell and Tom Sicotakis, who bring hands-on hospitality, technology and operational expertise to the table.
Matt began his career in fine dining in 1999, when his father opened Diep Le Shaker in Dublin, Ireland. In the mid-2000s, Matt launched a spin-off brand, Diep at Home—one of Ireland’s earliest and most successful premium delivery concepts. The business grew to 11 locations, including Dublin Airport, and generated over €20 million in combined annual revenue.
Driven by the need to streamline multi-site operations, Matt developed a deep interest in hospitality technology, becoming an early adopter of best-in-class systems.
Since 2016, he has worked directly with restaurant groups, QSRs, and software providers as a trusted technology partner, systems advisor, and operations strategist.

Tom is a seasoned restaurant consultant with over 20 years of operational experience in the fast-paced hospitality scene of New York City. His career spans leadership roles in both front and back of house, giving him a unique perspective on what makes restaurants run well. His expertise covers menu development, HACCP compliance, staff training, operational efficiency, and multi-site expansion. Passionate about innovation and precision, Tom works with clients to boost profitability while elevating guest experiences.
Most recently Tom has created and launched Doom Slice.
Together, Matt and Tom bring a rare blend of strategic thinking, technical know-how, and operational grit—building Eat Mighty as a hospitality-first solution partner for modern restaurants, QSR, takeout & delivery, dark kitchens and F&B operators.
